Hewitson Belle Ville Rosé 2022

Share

Dean Hewitson worked in the Provence region back in the 90s and has never forgotten the joy of a great Rose. His are very much modelled on the best from that region. The blend is traditional, Mourvèdre (83%) and Cinsault (17%). The Mourvèdre is actually a ‘selection massale’ from the legendary Old Garden vineyard. A gentle orange/bronze hue, there is a subtle, fresh nose with hints of wildflowers, spices and red berries. Balanced, clean and refreshing, this is an easy drinking Rosé, which is very well crafted. Lots to like here.
