Passel Estate Reserve Cabernet 2016

Share

Brooding and bold – Margaret River Cabernet nearing its perfect drinking window (in my opinion…) where the fruit starts to integrate beautifully with the sinewy tannins and delicious French oak. Plenty of secondary notes starting to emerge; coffee, dried fig, tobacco and nori. There is clarity and focus to this wine – everything is there for a reason and it sits plump and proud on the palate. Drink with a T-Bone cooked perfectly over coals (pink in the middle, charry on the outside) and be happy.
