A vintage where delicacy, finesse and surprising power all came together. And this chardonnay is the perfect illustration of the season. It’s made from four different Dijon clones which seem to contribute to the fine linear palate structure. Although it gets some malolactic the feature is how the palate is subtly balanced by a persistent acidity. Finishes dry with a saline savoury touch.
