Bright lifted red fruits on the nose with notes of dark berry, rose petal, a liberal sprinkle of dried herbs and bay leaf. The palate is seductively medium weight with generous flavours in its lively frame. Supported with fine chalky tannins, this has a touch of cracked seashell complexity on the palate.
