From a historically loved sector in the Serralunga district, this is a fascinating expression with cherry cola notes, chocolate feels and a subtle herbal element like sage leaf all contributing to what, in the end, is a big, fulfilling, warm hug of a palate that doesn’t get away from itself due to a faint gastronomic bitterness in the finish.
