Chandon Brut NV

Chandon has been a leader in Australian sparkling since their first wines were released back in 1989. It is still a top seller and for good reason as these are dependable and delicious sparkling wines. Here we have a new look, which are still market leaders. The current edition shows loads of youthful fruit characters – a pale colour with floral, white peach fruits offset by some toasty complexity. It delivers for the price with rich and powerful, upfront fruits that continue that trademark complexity throughout. Party wine – absolutely. But don’t stop there – match it up with smoked salmon blinis to see this wine at its best.
