Cloak & Dagger Prosecco 2021

Share

A mysterious name for an incredibly vibrant Prosecco – no mystery here. On the nose it’s tangy apple sherbet and creamy lemon curd – pure and zesty fruit. The palate has a lovely creamy mousse, really silky, with fine bubbles. It’s unusually complex; Prosecco is often charmingly fruity but not much more – maybe this is the mystery? Although there are no daggers here. There’s crunchy green pears, lime zest, elderflowers, white strawberries and plump lychees. Fruity but not sweet with a refreshing acidity that has you reaching for another glass.
