Corryton Burge Cornelian Bay Tasmania Pinot Noir 2023

Share

Showcases the elegance and downright pristine beauty of Tasmanian Pinot Noir. Attractive, youthful purple-cerise hues. Expressive and summery in red cherry, red plum, a touch of musk and dried flowers, anise and pomegranate. Works the finer side of the Pinot grape, dancing in bright acidity with red fruits, spice and earthy notes across the palate. Oak is nicely discreet, a background note and well managed, while acidity is showing its cool climate keen-ness. Probably more about good drinking now, but shows promise for further ageing.
