Schubert Estate The Sentinel Shiraz 2016

This is a classic expression of Barossa shiraz from a very good year. Dark coffee grounds and cinnamon on the nose with a blackcurrant, fruit cake richness. The palate retains a smooth refinement and is jam packed with powerful, intensely concentrated fruit flavours. The rich and powerful palate is supported by fine grainy tannins and a liberal addition of oak. Chewy with oodles of flavour to make an impact.
