Rising Bad Earth Aromatic Dry White 2020

Chardonnay meets Gewürztraminer in this aromatic dry white, two friends that don’t often find themselves in each other’s company. Gewürztraminer breaks the ice with cheerful remarks of lychee, white rose petals and jelly bean while Chardonnay adds significant conversational content of influential acidity and critical weight. The two compliment each other by their differences and result in exactly what they set out to do, a perfumed, bone dry, white wine of character. They should do this again sometime, maybe with a meal of linguine pasta alle vongole, Netflix and chill perhaps.
