Fruit is sourced from three vineyards throughout the hills. Kuitpo, Paracombe and Lobethal. Full malo and nine months in oak of which 15% was new French oak. Ripe lemon skin, yellow peach and mango jelly. Marigold, sunflower kernels and roast macadamia. There is a push of ripeness to the wine with a kombucha thrill of acidity. Cashew, popcorn and melted butter creaminess. This offers a wealth of fleshy Chardonnay fruit with toasty, nutty praline echoes on the finish. Drink now with a roast chook and caramelised root vegetables.
