Bleasdale Pinot Gris 2021

Share

In 2011 Bleasdale began sourcing cool climate white varieties from the rolling reaches of the Adelaide Hills, including pinot gris. The 2021 vintage is wildly perfumed with geranium, tiger lily, and a fruit cocktail of kiwi, nashi pear and yellow grapefruit. There is decent palate weight with fresh ginger spice and lemongrass. The generosity of fruit weight is impressive and the wine finishes lithe and lively.
