The Castle Rock Skywalk Riesling is made the same as their flagship Riesling but with juice pressed closer to the skins, and what a delightful exercise in compare and contrast. A wine with beguiling pistachio floss, musk stick and grandma’s lime cordial. The wine offers a naturally fibrous texture and is undulating across the palate, finishing dry and with a hint of allspice. I encourage you to buy both wines and enjoy them side by side. As if you need another excuse to open two bottles! Drink with friends who enjoy Riesling and your company obviously….
