Dried bay leaf, black olive tapenade and fresh thyme are lifted and commanding. Hints of graphite – bold and dense with a shapely tannin profile, a lick of saline acidity and an undercurrent of ripe blackcurrant fruits. Medium bodied texture and weight – there’s an elegance here that lures you back for more. Stylish and modern.
