Domaine Felines Jourdan Cuvée Feline Picpoul de Pinet 2019

This is the step up in the Domaine Felines Picpoul range, and it delivers with added concentration and flavour. Mid lemon in colour with waxy preserved lemon and dried Provencal herbs.  Saline savouriness tempers the palate weight and concentration found on this Picpoul. Acid is fresh and mouth-watering and the six months of lees stirring adds textural mouthfeel and more fullness on the palate. Lemon peel phenolics tighten the palate to finish dry and chalky. The 13.5% abv adds some warmth and weight.

Master of Wine at Solotel

Annette is currently the Group Beverage Manager for Solotel, a diverse hospitality group also having worked in some of Sydney’s finest restaurants as a sommelier including Banc, Claudes and Marque. She completed the rigorous Masters of Wine programme in 2020, was a professional winner in the 2014 Vin de Champagne Award, a Len Evans scholar and wine judge. She also is a fantastic communicator in wine and sprits including as a lecturer for the WSET.
