Very expressive. Roasted nuts, toffee, fruitcake and warm spice. Luscious, sweet with enough freshness to keep the palate focused. The finish here is incredibly long and this wine would be a joy with hard, salty cheeses of any description or a big chunk of Roquefort. A very highly awarded fortified wine from the region with an average barrel age of 20 years. Honestly one of the best.
