Greenock Creek Four Cuttings Shiraz 2019

Share

We’ve got a proper Barossa blend here – made with shiraz fruit from Koonunga, Rosedale, Lyndoch and Tanunda. There is a classic Barossa richness and generosity around it with a powerful core of liquorice all-sorts, blackberry and fruit compote aromas well balanced by toasty oak. The palate is then a little more serious and muscular, with dense, compact and more earthy fruits supported by chewy tannins that help to draw out a long finish. While good now, it’s still a little young and raw so try to give it up to a decade to see this wine really sing.
