Greywacke Wild Sauvignon 2022

Share

This highly complex 2022 Sauvignon blanc was wild fermented and aged in French oak, 7% new, and delivers open knit guava with smoky leesy/lanolin tones topped by melon and preserved lemon aromatics. It is a more compact and less flamboyant vintage with subtle oak and gentle grip which tightens up on the finish and needs a little time to flesh out.
