From cooler Hilltops vineyards comes this finely tuned and classy 2024 Shiraz with wafts of meaty spice and earthy tones against a background of just-ripe blackberry. A more savoury and muscular palate follows, dried meats leading the way with a dusting of spice. A firm base of powdery tannins is well weighted over a focussed finish. Quite beautiful and will provide plenty of pleasure over the next decade.
