Hare’s Chase Vigilance Marananga Shiraz 2021

Basket pressing of the grapes here, from estate vineyards, the colour is an opaque maroon. A great vintage with a wine from the heart of the Barossa. Poised, concentrated, tight, coiled and powerful. The flavours weave through dark chocolate, coffee beans, mocha, blackberries and beef stock notes. Seamless, intense, balanced and focused, there is very good length. Rich and ripe, and I love it. Drive over the next ten years.
