Hay Shed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Share

This is not your classic Cabernet Sauvignon built for long ageing but it is beautifully pitched for an early drinking style and is sure to appeal to Cabernet fans. Deeply coloured with precise, elegant aromas of cassis, leaf, blackberry and dried Italian herbs. There is fantastic shape as well with vibrant dark fruit flavours and balanced acidity amply supported by al dente tannins to provide an attractive bite and support a lingering finish. You could enjoy this elegant style on its own while it also has the weight and density to match up well with pink lamb cutlets.
