Happs PF Red 2021

If you’re looking for a pure and delicious preservative free red wine then this little guy might just be the ticket. It’s a combination of supple fleshy Merlot, gravelly savoury Syrah and firm Cabernet. It’s all about the fruit, which is heightened by the 18 months in stainless steel, but there is a lovely perfumed red fruit mix of plums and cherry, while the palate holds a firm line through to the finish.
