A rare expression of Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon with the full varietal fruit, tannin and acid expression in this wine. Powerful aromas with a range of regional and winemaking with a savoury edge, the aroma is a positive primarily kirsch liqueur, blackcurrant, bayleaf, goji, earthy notes and subtle oak. The palate has length, cabernet structure and blackcurrant fruit expression and is all together a remarkable wine with lingering sweet fruit.
