House Of Cards Dead Man’s Hand Shiraz 2021

I do like the slightly pinot approach for this wine. It’s had about 60% whole bunch fermented on stalks with hand plunging and basket pressing. The result is a beaut little wine that is soft and plush with vibrant lively red fruit balanced by a clever use of French oak. Dry savoury dried herb character on the palate extends to the long finish.
