Fishbone Estate Margaret River Estate Rosé 2023

Share

Features whole bunch Tempranillo, pressed and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and seasoned oak. The latter has contributed a smoothness to the palate which works so well against the solid flavour base. This is a ripe fruited Rosé which plays well both with or without food. Deep salmon pink. Cherry aromas aplenty here with plum, spice, dried raspberry and an aromatic touch of dried rose petal. Love the expressive lift of red liquorice and background spice with black cherry fruits on the palate. Works so well on a number of levels; not shy in the least, boasting plenty of flavour oomph!
