Handpicked fruit and whole bunch pressed into French oak for 10 months, remaining on lees. Orange blossom, grapefruit and lemon candy. A touch of guava and dried mango. A wash of lemon curd citrus and clotted cream. There are spikes of lime zest and oyster shell too with a freshness of fruit and zeal to the acidity. Its thirst quenching and captures that Yarra Valley energy. Drink now or will cellar for up to 5 years. Serve alongside garlic and coriander marinated prawns.
