Irvine Spring Hill Pinot Gris 2025

This is invigorating with pear drop, green kiwi and finger limes. A jazzy entry into citrus and tree fruit, with a halo of candied ginger, some white poached pear flesh. The wine is crunchy but has a decent flavour palate introducing those subtle barrel ferment creamy notes. This is for drinking now with prawn or poached chicken rice paper rolls with all the herbs wrapped inside.
