This generously proportioned vintage 2019 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir offers up rich aromas brioche and white strawberry, with a strong backbone of French nougat – Pinot Noir leading the way at this stage of its life. There is then a quote lovely overall feel as it dives into flavours of toast and oyster shell underpinned by a streak of green apple and zippy acidity. Already expressive and complete, exceptional length and overall balance suggest this will also age well.
