M des Borrels Cotes de Provence Rosé 2020

Fresh off the boat and fresh as a daisy. This pale rose petal pink coloured rosé is a great example of the modern French style – bright, fresh and full of delicate white strawberry and raspberry aromas with a little French touch thanks to some gentle spice and dried herbs. It is then dry as well as quite textural and savoury with subtle red grapefruit and watermelon fruits in the mouth before earthier tones come through to finish. Enjoy chilled with barbequed calamari.
