Hibiscus, Rosella and tobacco leaf. Raspberry compote, strawberries and bleeding pomegranate seeds. Red clay, dried paperbark and paprika spice. Red delicious apple skin phenolics, weighty in the middle palate and with serious staying power. Cherry jam and cumin. Attractive in its confection and a wine that would delight crowds. This is why Nero is going gangbusters. Drink now and will cellar 1-3 years. Serve with peppery black pepper studded salami.
