Pacha Mama Shiraz 2025

Share

Fruit is from Heathcote, dark pigmented and inky in the glass. There is blood orange and dark plums, once again in this Pacha Mama line, fruit is the centre of attention with a small portion of new oak, 10%. A flicker of dark olive and sage leaf, some beetroot and sandy tannins. This will live on, another 4-6 years in the cellar but it’s drinking very well now, perky with clear intensity of fruit and taut structural lines. A very impressive vintage and stellar value here. Drink with shredded pork tacos or oxtail pasta.
