The nose opens with Riesling florals and lime zest, then eases into pear skin, soft peach, and a whiff of dried ginger. There’s lees-led warmth underneath, like baked apple and pastry, adding depth without heaviness. The palate is taut and structured, mirroring the aromatics with a clean, mouth-watering line of lemon pith acidity. Creamy mid-palate weight carries into a lightly textural, dry finish. Medium-bodied, finely layered, and quietly serious, with each variety playing its part.
