This 2023 ANOVA Chardonay is open-knit and ready to enjoy with layers of melon and musky peach with grapefruit bite and well integrated French oak. Vibrant drying acidity is key with a reserved flavour profile and well handled although slightly resinous oak. A littlt tight right now and undoubtedly will get better over the short to medium term.
