Raïdis Estate Billy Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This Coonawarra Cabernet is redolent of fresh blackberries and blueberries, black cherries, and black plum. Then, it deviates slightly toward the green capsicum and eucalyptus territory to come back on the vanilla and cedar oak road. The palate is full-on: full flavour, full tannins, and full-bodied. It is incredibly long, with the fruit shining until the end. Delicious now and later.
