Schubert the Hatchling Shiraz 2022

Share

A wine to reach for as the night becomes that much cooler, this is charitable with flavours and smooth swirls of fine tannins. Mulberry and dark plums, some Acai fruit too. Cocoa nib and velvety swathes of warm oak spice. This welcomes you with open arms and sturdy support, and leaves you with some coffee and dark sesame bitterness to add further complexity. Pair with ox tail or slow cooked rich marrow meats. Drink now or in 2-3 years for further velveteen goodness.
