Fruit arches on the palate with a robust ripeness and some dried raspberry seed, leaning towards a brittle gum bark. A kernel nuttiness mid palate and long line of acidity ensure the flavours continue to echo. This is uniquely poised and delicate coupled with a density of flavour and long length of fruit and earthy tones. A very good representation of the place. Drink now or will cellar another 4-5 years.
