Rich golden in colour, with complex aromas of toasted hazelnut, buttery brioche, and ripe lemon rind. The palate is layered and textural, blending richness with chalky finesse. Lemon sherbet acidity and biscuity flavours float on the creamy mousse lead to a lingering, toasty finish reminiscent of lemon meringue pie. Broad, complex, and unmistakably fine Chardonnay. A mature, sophisticated party starter! Drinking beautifully now.
