Prosecco from the Veneto region, fermented in tank over four weeks, the level of sugar sits at 11 grams/litre, which is not an issue with the wine well-balanced, leaving it with just a touch of pleasant sweetness. A pale, clean lemon hue, we have notes of citrus and florals, jasmine, and offering a chalky, minerally backing. This is a fresh, simple, crisp, mid-length wine with bitey acidity.
