Armstrong Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2024

This attractive Yarra Pinot spent time in a mix of French oak, old and new. The colour is a gleaming garnet/crimson with some savoury touches, this is earthy with aromas of raspberries, forest floor notes, dark cherries and kitchen herbs. The structure is seamless with quite a seductive texture and mouth puckering acidity on the finish. A wine of medium length with a lingering conclusion, this should drink delightfully for at least the next four not six years.
