Blue Gables Doña Teresa Sangiovese 2025

Share

This is a wine with a halo of blue fruit, some soft leafy herbs and a floral lift of violet. Red cherry and plum come through on the palate with some granular tannins and uplifting acidity. A Sangiovese that won’t divide the room, providing drinkability in youth and a wealth of fruit power. Ideal for tomato based umami stews or good old veal ragu pasta, this is drinking well now and still has 3-5 years ahead of it, look out for more herbal and spice notes with cellaring.
