Briar Ridge Limited Release Albarino 2026

A joyous wine in every sense beginning with cantaloupe, cut pineapple rings and mango skin, followed by freshly juiced lemon acidity and puckering flecks of sea salt. It is well balanced, like a well made cocktail. Everything in its place, fruit and acidity, a dollop of sweetness, it is hard not to slurp away at a pace. So be warned this is everything you want in a white wine with long lasting flavour and a kernel of nuttiness thrown in at the end. Drink now with a packet of cheddar crisps or crumbly aged parmesan on jatz.
