Burton McMahon D’Alosio’s Vineyard Chardonnay 2022

This vineyard is actually located within the confines of the Seville township, elevated at 230 metres, on a north facing slope. 210 dozen made. Winemaking reflects that of the George’s Vineyard Chardonnay. A lovely lemon/lime hue. We have notes of minerals, citrus, lemon, figs and stonefruits here. Slightly riper and fuller than the George’s but still tight, poised and finely focused. Bright acidity, good balance and very good length with intensity which lingers, so a terrific drink over the next six to eight years.
