Byrne Wines Coghills Creek Pinot Noir 2019

There’s a certain rustic charm about this Ballarat Pinot Noir. The aromas are a combination of ripe plum and dark cherry with a slightly truffly mushroom infusion. It’s supple but there is a tight core of tannin and well-managed oak to keep it on track. Seamless and powerful with a very long, slightly sappy finish with a sour cherry character that balances things nicely.
