Bronze fennel, pomelo pith and crumbling halva. Peanut shell, kombu and acidity swirl outwards from the centre. It’s worth its weight in gold, this wine, providing everything you can want in a fine white wine. Light on its feet with freshness, zeal and complexity. A wine that could easily be the choice for a beachside wedding or served alongside a whole roast chicken with truffle stuffing. Some bay leaf on the finish. Beautiful.
