Chapel Hill The Vicar Shiraz 2019

Love this pure expression of McLaren Vale. Nicely made from select parcels of fruit that set the Vicar style. Dark chocolate and savoury plum notes with a dash of roasted coffee and mocha. It’s so generously proportioned with an excellent tannin and oak structure and it rolls off the tongue effortlessly through to a very long finish.
