Chateau Tanunda The Chateau Single Vineyard Bethanian Shiraz 2020

Share

From close to the old township of Bethany comes this traditionally styled Barossan with its chunky fruits and feel, which needs a little air to come out of its shell. It then bursts with cherry liqueur and chocolaty fruit with a distinct spicy, stony edge, adding savoury layers, oak reserved and in place. A generously flavoured palate follows with lashings of dark berry fruits, well supported by mouth coating tannins through to a finish of reasonable length. Give it time and then enjoy with pink lamb cutlets.
