Chateau Yaldara 1847 170 Shiraz Cabernet 2020

This is a powerhouse Barossa blend from a warm but excellent vintage. It’s a tried and true combination in Australia and this one is a perfect illustration of why it works so well. Immediately the aromas of blackcurrant, dark plum and chocolate become evident, then the influence of black cherry and loamy turned earth appear. The palate is plush and polished with a massive hit of concentrated flavour. This has many years ahead of it in the cellar.
