This boutique little winery in the Barossa continually produces some of the most interesting and impressive wines from this region. In this case, it’s a combination of the cooler Eden Valley spicy, peppery influence with the darker rich fruits of the valley floor. This is an intense and concentrated wine delivered on a full body. Yet it retains a vibrant liveliness thanks to its acidity and bright fruit characters. It brings together slightly vanilla oak, spice and dark fruit characters into a compelling combination. It’s an intense and concentrated wine that will continue to evolve over the next fifteen years.
