A Grenache led GSM blend from various vineyards across the Clare Valley, here in a fairly full-bodied style, still with appealing fragrance to start, akin to a cherry danish pastry, the palate packed with red fruits, raspberry choc bullet flavours also present before the palate texture build into a solid mouthful of textural tannins. GSM in a robust approach yet never feeling heavy handed. Excellent table manners as well beside anything the barbecue can deliver.
