A delicious combination of cool (red capsicum, jalapeno and white nectarine) and cooler (snow pea, freshly cut grass and cucumber) aromas give a lovely aromatic lift. The palate is crunchy and crisp and there is an appealing concentration to the flavours and plenty of spine tingling acidity giving real vibrancy. Served well chilled, this is a perfect aperitif.
